id 4023 and 4128

Hi, I've this problem, My exchange 5.5 sp4 reported sometime this errors code: 4023 and 4128, the IMS is up and all work fine, but in the event viewer repoted this error.
I find this MS article : Q322829, but it is not properly my cse.
Can you help me ????
