Send as permissions

Does anybody know about an issue when, giving many users delegate editor permissions on all system folders on a mailbox, it takes ages to send an e-mail when you try and send on behalf of that person? If you send directly from the account it works fine but sending on behalf can take a minute.

Thanks JR - that worked! I'm a little surprised at why it takes so long though. Adding >5 users to the delegate list causes big problems. We're looking into that though.
