I am working in an NT4 environment. We want to increase the ARP Cache Life on our DHCP clients. NT4 DHCP server has the following option:
"35 - ARP cache timeout - Specifies the timeout in seconds for ARP cache entries."
I set it for hex 0x1c20 (7200 seconds).
It is not applied to any clients. Ipconfig /release then Ipconfig /renew - nothing.... I have never had a DHCP option not get applied.
Any insights?
