Scenario: HR wants email received from the general public via the Internet to be addressed to a generic account. So, these emails will go to HR@xyz.com and then once inside xyz.com, will be forwarded to user SueZ (for example). When user SueZ replies to emails she will click 'From' and specify 'HR' as to not reveal her identity.
Problem: Internal domain users of xyz.com can see 'HR' in the global address list and continually attempt to send emails. This is not wanted. To remedy this, 'Hide from Exchange address list' can be selected. However, once this is done and Recipient Update Services does it's thing...SueZ can no longer specify that her outgoing mail is 'From' 'HR'...because 'HR' is now a hidden recipient.
Question: How do I hide an account in the (GAL) address book and still allow certain users to send mail on behalf of it?
