I have 2 different domains and 2 different Exchange organizations. One is NT4 domain based and the other is Win2k AD Domain based. How can I get the two to share Calendar information so that people on Exch 5.5 can send meeting requests to Exchange 2000? Also how can I get them to share the Global Address Book/List? Thanks,
Andy
This is never going to work for several reasons: First of all, E2K uses AD for it's directory queries, while E5.5 uses it's own DS service. The two will not work together without installation of the AD Connector. This can only work if you have installed the E2K server in the same forest as the 5.5 server. E2K will never reach beyond it's own AD forest for LDAP requests - even if you have trusts established (an E2K org can only extend as far as the forest it was created in).
