Hi,

We have recently migrated from MS Mail to Exchange 5.5.

When users import their old items from PST-files some items are not properly imported. We cant see no reason for this and no pattern in which items that are importted correct and not.

When this happens a Warning is displayed. "Can't move the items. The item could not be moved. It was either already moved or deleted, or access was denied".

Can it be that old references to the MS Mail world (i.e. different address format for internal users) now is lost.

Anyone with ideas ar welcome to respond.

identify the message in the pst that is causing the problem,
with ms mail remove that message and any that you have problems
with then import the pst again

or

delete the problem message and the previous messages that have been imported
correctly and import the smaller pst
