I am working for a company with 9 employees each using e-mail a lot. With our current outsourced e-mail, users usually know within minutes of the system going down and maybe even seconds and they tend to be touchy about it. The President of the company would like me to find a good in-house e-mail solution. We would like some Distribution Lists that we can control ourselves. My question is for those who have experience using Exchange 2000 on the reliability of the system. I remember hearing that 5.5 was buggy and not very reliable. What has anyone been experiencing for uptime %, ease of use and would you choose to use Exchange if facing my situation. I am certified with Exchange 5.5 so that is an advantage, althought I only want to go with a solution I will be happy with. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
