Hi there,

I've got an Exchange organization with about 60 sites, and I have a Lotus Notes server (aarh!) that unfortunately has to connect into the Exchange environment.

My question is... Does anyone know how to restrict Notes users from being propagated into Exchange. I only want certain addresses from the Notes system to be brought across into Exchange. Apparently there is an option that can be set in Notes that may be related, but I can (as usual) find nothing much about it from any Notes related sites.

Hopefully, someone out there has done it and can help.

Cheers.

Steve Locke.

Look for an entry on Administration tab of Notes mailbox that says "Foreign directory sync allowed." It's a yes or no.

Let the notes admin make a new nsf with only the names which you want to have and put this nsf in your Notes Adress Books (exchange Connector for lotus notes properties).
