Frontpage replacement for Apache

Does anyone know of a replacement to Microsoft Frontpage to use to develop web pages to be published on an Apache web server??

Any Web-page program -- Dreamweaver, Homesite, Coffee Cup -- can be used to create Web pages for Apache. In these cases, you will more than likely need to use an FTP or SSH client to upload the pages to the server, but I believe Dreamweaver does have an "auto update" tool similar to the one in FrontPage.
