I have OWA(Ex5.5SP4) running on a IIS 4 machine inside a DMZ
using NAT. The only people who can access it are Domain and
Exchange admins. Everyone else gets prompted for their NT
credentials and then gets a blank screen. Nothing in the IIS
permissions explicitly mentions Exhange or domain admins
groups. I have found nothing that describes this particular
issue in the KB. Has anyone seen this??

Thank You,

I'm having the same problem. Did you get it resolved? If yes, how?

Check permissions on the global.asa on the IIS box where you have OWA installed. That file needs to have permissions assigned to it that would allow authorized users access... or everyone full controll. See if that helps.
