After SP1, Outlook clients get logon window

I installed SP 1 for Exchange 2K. Now when clients launch Outlook they get prompted for user name, password and domain. Filling in the correct info has no effect. If they press cancel many many times, then they might get into their mailbox. Otherwise they have to reboot.

Can anyone help??
