Some of the mails I receive seems to time out and never reach the receipients mailboxes. I have set the time out at 60 minutes and some of the mails still time out.
There are no restrictions on my mailboxes
when I send a relatively small test email it arrives immediately in my mailbox

Can anyone please help??

do you mean that some inbound emails never reach recipients on your server? if this is the case, have you checked to make sure you are not on any blacklists?
