I have a brilliant user who forgot het password for her pst. in outlook. Does anyone know how I could crack the password. Thanks in advance

I think you can use the inbox repair tool, search microsoft knowledge base for more information.

Do a search for pst19upg.zip . It's an old Microsoft utility that will strip the password on any pst file and allow you to create a new one.
