Latest kernel32.dll?

In troubleshooting a problem, I've noticed that in the Q299444 security rollup hotfix, a new version of kernel32.dll dated 7/16/2000 and larger in size was included. But, in the August SRP, the version of kernel32.dll was the one from SP6a, dated 11/18/1999.

I'm wondering if this is causing problems for me? I have an unexplainable nonpaged pool memory leak caused by IRP tags not being released.

Any knowledge of this change in kernel32.dll?
