Good Afternoon All,
I've got a question that I was wondering if you might be able to help me our or point me in the right direction. I've got an Exchange installation where we've performed a migration from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2000, but somehow users who had meetings scheduled with a specific resource on their calendar have become disjoined with the assigned "scheduled resource's calendar" that was approved and requested for the their meeting. In essence, say before the migration I had a meeting for Monday and the scheduled resource showed the same on it's calendar, but after the Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2000 migration, I still show my scheduled meeting for Monday on my calendar but now the resource that I initially had scheduled and had reflected the same on it's calendar, does not (in essence the appointment or meeting request is gone).
Does anyone happen to know of a way to automate or programmatically, pull through Exchange to resolve this so that users who had meetings scheduled, get synched back up with the originally assigned calendar resources that were approved (from a calendaring perspective)?
I apologize in advance in that I was not involved in the original migration, but I suspect that an "Exmerge" might have been at play here.
Thanks in advance for any insight or guidance that you can provide.
Best regards,
Dave
