We have a problem with some oversea countries receiving attachment from our
system. Email server is Exchange 5.5 (SP4), email client on our site is Outlook 2000. Oversea customers are using Outlook Express. We
are using third party web application. Users are unable to send attachments
through third party web app. Web app has integrated email send button that would allow users to send purchase orders in following manner: when po is created, user will click on email button and web app will bring Outlook up and send email with attachment. We cannot use this function any more. User is forced to save po on hard disk and send it as an regular attachment.
We have no problem sending attachment to other customers, we experience problems only with oversea coutries (Hong Kong).
I would really appreciate any help that would result in problem resolution.
No need to mention that customer's realy eager to get this resolved.
