Hi,
I have an Exchange 5.5, sp4 server running on NT 4,SP6 (Hardware=640MB ram, 18G RAID). It has been running with no problems for the last year or so. Yesterday, it was really sluggish. When I checked performance in Task Manager, it was at 100% cpu utilization. The process that was causing it was inetinfo.exe. We are using OWA on this server. After stopping that service and restarting it, everything was fine.
My question is does anyone know what could have caused this? I would like to prevent it from happening again.
