Hi,
We've been using Outlook 2K with Exchange 5.5 server, SP4 for over a year with no problems. Recently we've been having sporadic problems with Outlook clients not being able to access the server. It doesn't happen to every client. The clients are both Win95 & Win98. Sometimes we have to not only uninstall TCP/IP but Office 2000 as well. Also checked one of items noted on Microsoft's web site regarding a registry key setting for
(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftExchangeExchan ge Provider) but that was set correctly. Any ideas on what could be causing this would be appreciated. Has anyone recognized a virus that would cause this or some other app?
Thanks.
