Relax is the name of the game. Karen and I went to the beach on Christmas. In the late afternoon my daughter joined us at home for a meal of jumbo stone crab claws.

My sister and her husband are arriving tomorrow for their annual 3 month visit. At least they rent a condo on the beach now. ;)

I trust everyone had a great holiday. I sure did. Santa brought me a lovely 500gb external HD.

I got coal in my stocking but I am looking at it as a positive.

#1 - clearly this means I was bad this year (which I believe means I was having more fun than most)

#2 - with the cost of heating fuels these days, that's like getting gold nuggets - quite the deal as far as I am concerned

I must've been REALLY good. In addition to the HD I got a wireless router. Not that I really NEED one, mind you, but it is a cost-effective way of getting a static IP, for all intents and purposes. :D
