It looks like a configuration issue with Exchange on one end or the other.
Exchange can filter senders or recipients.
Does this happen from all accounts? all recipients?
Is the error message coming from your server or the remote server?
The email address you listed seems to be good since I was able to send a test message to it without a bounce.

There are a number of different reasons you could be getting this error message

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923495 outlines a couple of these reasons

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/817425 outlines another

Generally when I've seen this error it is due to an intentional permission setting which specifically prevents certain users from mailing certain recipients
