I run a small nonprofit which has an email newsletter. Our list server uses Intermail PostOffice Edition. Recently, subscribers started reporting getting multiple copies of our newsletter. Turns out all the people who report duplicate copies have Earthlink addresses. We're stumped, and we need to resolve the situation quickly, as we are losing subscribers who are sick of getting duplicate copies (though some are trying to help by sending us their copies for analysis). Any suggestions?
