Message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients

I have this problem that is driving me crazy. Everytime we try and send email to the domain of iwu.edu it bounces back with an error (see below). We have tested sending mail to this domain from hotmail and it works fine. We can send everywhere else with no problem. I have recalculated the routes and still nothing. Any ideas??

Boy are you hitting close to home, I had this VERY SAME problem. I was troubleshooting it for SIX months before I found a solution.

I got mail bounced back to users from virtually ANY listserv (but mostly edu's). We could RECEIVE, but we could not send or reply. I also was unable to send (but I could receive) from specific email domains. (A local science lab, the local newspaper company, etc.).

Finally I got my ISP to come over and install a new ISDN router and all the problems went away (well, except for the Error 551 that I posted today).

Don't know if this will solve your problem, but it can't hurt to try.
