AFAIK there are no published statistics for what you want.
One of the reasons is because there are multiple manufacturers involved such as disk, memory, mobo, NIC, power supply, ...

What ua549 said. If you're looking at x86/64 hardware, it all comes from the same sources. So you're looking at components, not boxes. The best sources of information aren't editorial and other "professional" reviews (though this site has wads of great information http://www.networkworld.com/buyersguides/index.php?gclid=CMT3qIWQ7osCFQvShgodSh5IOw)
