planning to run video streaming service

want invest money ona server which provides me a facility of media streaming. I just want to know how much it will cost. I know own windows 2003 server.can I do the media streaming in that server itself or I shoudl buy a seperate server for media streaming. suggestions required.

Hardware sizing depends entirely on what and how much you are going to stream.
