We just installed a new Exchange 5.5 server (on Windows 2000 server) in our existing organisation/site (running on NT servers). We are running AD in mixed mode. All the connectors appear to have been set up right, including the AD connector.
When a plain email is sent, it is received OK. Once an attachment is put onto the email to the same recipient, a NDR is generated, with words to the effect:
"The following recipient(s) could not be reached:"
"Unable to deliver the message due to a communications failure"
Is there something we are missing out on? Have re-installed SP4 on all the servers, particularly the one with IMS, all to no avail.
Thanks in advance.
