Exchange2000 access using OWA 5.5

I am trying to use OWA5.5 to access my Exchange2000 server behind a firewall, this does not work and i get a Unable to find inbox message (this works locally on the OWA server on the same LAN as the exchange server)

Im assuming this is a firewall problem but no denys are being logged ..!!

Any Ideas??
