I have searched and searched and am at my wits end so please someone help if you have seen this problem before.
All mail I pop from my exchange 5.5 server (with all sp's applied) does not include any html content, OWA and direct outlook clients get html fine, just my pop clients are experiencing this problem. At first I blamed the client (Eudora), then tried thunderbird and then finally outlook express, all do the same thing, just get plain text on all emails.
I finally sniffed the network connection and found the server only offers 'text/plain' and not html at all. I have looked everywhere in the admin for a setting but no joy after weeks of probing this problem.
Lastly, it used to work!! It's got intermittent and then just quit.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
