Getting error message "no transport provider" [Archive]

Hello friends

My user getting message "no transport provider". i dont know why. i am using ex5.5 and its also not continues errors. after sometime, its resolves automaticaly. But after few times,they are getting again this error. any1 plz help.

If your users use Outlook and have an .ost file to allow them to work offline, delete it and re synchronize, creating a new one.
