I setup an HP 5000N on our windows 2000 server. This server is our main print server. I can add the printer to the server just fine. Once I add it, if I want to check the properties of the printer I get the following error message "Function address caused a protection fault. Some or all property pages will not be displayed." When trying to view the properties from the client the same error appears. has anyone ever seen this? Any suggestions?
