I have created & installed a customize form in my Exchange Server 5.5

The form can be read/send properly. However, if a mail user using OWA to access their mailbox, the customize form cannot be display.

Any idea to overcome this?

Sorry i havent but am looking to do this myself very shortly so am very interested to hear how you get on. i just need to tweak mine and personolise it a bit.
