help me learn Surgmail

Can anybody help me. I need help learning how to use a mail server called Surgmail.

I am using a mail server called Surgemail. I configured multidomains and users in all domains. When I send email I can see in the inbox of users in all domains that they got the message but my outlook can only logon to users in the primery domain.
1) What can be the problem and how can I solve it?
2) What is the diffrence between a regular domain and a primery donain?
