Anybody know how to bypass the 120day limit ?

Yeah, completely uninstall the eval version (don't forget to read the article on manually removing exchange from the server) and then install the new retail version. I assume that's what you're asking, and not how do you screw Microsoft out of the software? Although after my NIGHTMARE with installing the eval and then having to remove it so I could install the retail version, I will NEVER install another of their evals again!!!
