Hosting Own Dedicated Server

I have some questions about the Hosting Server, hope that I can get some solutions from here. I just want to know how to host my own server like others company, who have the high performance DNS, EMAIL, and WEB server to host the Web & Email services and provide to customer ? Where can I find those info or any recommend site to learn about these?

Absolutely no offense intended but the level of the question your asking points toward maybe rethinking if you really want to attempt this.

Sounds as if you want to go from zero to ISP overnight. All I can say is start small and get some experience to build on from there.
