Tools needed

I am looking for a tool to assist in managing users Exchange accounts. Specifically I am looking for a tool much like Compaq’s Storage Resource Manager for NT servers; something that will look and report on the size of the accounts, how much data is being moved in and out, send me a warning if a particular user goes over a predetermined size, ect. Anyone have any tool set in mind?
