Memory issues after using sysprep

I have a problem I believe using Sysprep. I use it to prepare a machine. I then use Ghost to copy the machine. If I don't make any hardware changes, the ghost sysprep image works fine. But, when I add or remove memory, the system blue screens on start up.

Can someone help?
