Just installed Exchange 2000, having a weird problem with the client s/w, outlook gives me this message, "The name could not be resolved. the name could not be matched to a name in the address list", this is really weird cos all the other clients i have tried, i.e. outlook expres (pop), OWA, etc can comunate with my exchange 2000 server, so why the hell cant outlook (2000 & 2002). I can ping all servers by Name and IP.
Secondly I have several servers setup in different "Administrative Groups" but they all belong to the same routing group. I know email is working because I can use OWA to send and recieve email. I am running Exchange 2000 in native mode.
Please let me know if you had this problem and what the resolution was.
