Disclaimer in Exchange 2000

Hi,

I've noted that you can use Imsext.dll in exchange 5.5 but what do you use with Exchange 2000 to add a disclaimer on all outbound e-mails?

Besides buying a third party utility, I know MS has a Q articule on how to create an event sink for the SMTP protocal. Basically this event sink will add the disclaimer to the bottom of each e-mail that is sent to an external user.
