office address in exchange 2000 server

Could anyone tell me how can i make an office address in exchange 2000 srv ? and how can i put users to receive mails from office address ?

There may be several ways of doing this. However, I would create a "mailEnabled" public folder with "office address". Then use the folder assistant to create a "rule" to forward all messages "to.." individual multiple users
