Is there a good/easy way to restrict some of my users from using OWA?

Yes, in AD Users and Computers. Select the User account and then propertires. Next select the Exchange Advanced Tab, then Protocal Settings. In here you can allow or not allow access to POP3, IMAP4 and HTTP.

Start / programs / administrative tools / ADUC

on the view menu select advanced features

goto properties of user / exchange advanced / protocol settings / HTTP
and select settings, unchech 'use for mailbox'.

that should do it.
