Proxy Problem

Hello,

I have installed Apache 1.3.27 for Windows and I've activated the Proxy module. Now I can surf on Internet with my Apache proxy.
However I have a problem with this site:
http://www.arp-datacon.ch/fr/index.asp

When I select a language I received an error Sesion terminated.

I don't understand what is the problem.

Could you help me please ?
