Adding XP drivers to an NT Print Server

Hi,

I have some NT 4 servers acting as printer servers to our NT 4 client network.

We are about to introduce XP clients to our network and I want the existing servers to act as printer servers to them too.

How do I install XP printer drivers on an NT box so that XP clients will pick up that driver?
