I am running Exchange 2000 Server Active Directory
Integrated on a Windows 2000 Native Mode single domain. My
problem is that about 3 months ago, I had to restore the
Information Store, and never restored the Public Store.
Now my office would like to use the Public Store for
document sharing until we get an Intranet working. I have
created a new public store and have set it to default, but
when my clients open their Outlook they are not setup for
the new public store. Additionally, I constatly get an
error message about not being able to update free/busy
because of the old non-restored public store.
How can I get my new public store to be default and not
have clients reference the old un-restored public store?
I have already tried to change the default Public Folder in System Manager-->Mailbox Store Properties. I do not have an option for the new store.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
