Email Disclaimer

In Exchane 2000, what is the best way to add a global disclaimer to all emails? The only thing I can figure out is that you have to buy software or write a VB script.

We use a piece of software called Policy Patrol. It's quite cheap and very effective. The only other way I've hard of is to write SMTP sinks ( I have no idea how to do this lol) or put auto signatures on each of the client machines (depends how many you have though as to speed of this) How many users do you have?

GFI (www.gfi.com) is offering a free disclaimer software for Exchange. It is part of a MailEssentials email filtering software.

Disclaimer works fine with our Ex2K system.
