User policies/profiles

We will be migrating users over from cc:Mail to Exchange with Outlook front-end soon and wish to impose certain restrictions, but the options available with Profile Maker and User Policies for Outlook appear to be rather limited.

For example we wan to impose deletion of message s older than 30 days within the Sent Items and Inbox folders and have a 60 day policy for Deleted Items.

Any ideas???

I am pretty sure that those options occur at the Exchange level, not the Outlook level.

What about the Mailbox Cleanup Agent in the Exchange Server Resource Kit. This would gove you some of these features I am sure.
