1. Is there _any_ way to setup Exchange without a PDC? I.E. Just for testing and software development purposes
2. How do I install just the Exchange Administrator (ADMIN.EXE) program. It appears to be included with the Exchange Server files, but Setup.Exe doesn`t seem to have anything like SQL Server`s `Install Utilities Only` option.
