Exchange 4.0 sp5 doesn´t have IMC

I´m just new at this, we are trying to install Exchange server 4.0 that comes with backoffice 2.5, and some how we can not install Internet Mail conector,
My question is: does theis version of exchange doesn´t has the IMC, do we have to buy it separatly?

The IMC is sold separatly from Exchange Server 4.0. However there were a product called `Microsoft Exchange 4.0 Enterprise Edition` which included connectors such as the IMC.
