ISP connection through firewall

We are running Exchange Server 5.5 on our intranet. We also conenct to the internet through a firewall. I am trying to find a way for our users to check their personal ISP e-mail accounts through the firewall. The users all have Outlook `97 running on NT4.0. Any idead?

Check out the Avirt product located at http://www.avirt.com/mail.html. You`ll
need to have your firewall open ports 25 and 110 for the machine you dedicate
for the POP3 server.
