Hello everyone,
I'm getting a little bit "swamped" with this. First - I have everything running with E2K + conferencing server.

My problem is the following :

- I schedule a conference
- When users access the conference page and joins everyone goes with the H.343 protocol and everything runs as a unicast meeting.

Now, to fix this I have to go to the exchange server and start the command :
MCAST /RECV /GRPS:... /INTF:.... This listens for multicast packets on the actualt multicast address the given session has been given by the MADCAP server.
On the conference server I do :
MCAST /SEND /GRPS:... /INTF:.... etc to send multicast "pings" to the address. After 10-15 seconds the e2k server starts to recieve the packets and if I then rejoin the conference I get multicast capabilities.

It happens everytime. I supect that the actual multicast address might not have gotten a MAC address from the Router (or what it is ... ) .. maybe something totally different.
I am running with full service packs and I can NOT find anything to this except to valuate the multicast availability.

Any suggestions ????
Thanx
Karsten
