EddieJ300 05-12-2002, 06:14 PM During the install you get to choose... Always login as the same user or login as a different user After the install... ***Open Users and Passwords in Control Panel.*** On the Users tab, do one of the following: Click the Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer check box to require users to provide this information when they log on. Clear the Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer check box to allow a user to automatically log on. You will be prompted to provide the name and password of the user who will be automatically logged on each time the computer starts This is Windows 2000 .... XP should be similar Good Luck EddieJ300 ------------ Allan Snow at 5/8/2002 9:56:24 AM Is there anyway to setup Windows 2000 Pro (actually XP) to automatically login to a specific account when it is booted up.
