Sync-ing GALS between Exchange and MSmail 3.5

My exchange 5.5 server is running DirSync server and MTA services for it`s connection to two MS mail servers.
After converting some folks to Exchange users still on MS mail have their copies of the GAL still showing
the users on the old postoffices. I have the requestors (MSmail) requesting and processing updates
between 12:30Am and 2:30Am, and the Exchange server is running hourly updates. I am also using the REQMAIN utility
numerous times per day. It has been several days since converting and STILL the MSmail GAL`s are out of sync.

First, your Exchange should be running the T2 at around 1:30Am.

It would take too long to explain how to find out whats wrong but if you query for dirsync on MS Web, you`ll get plenty of answer. If you still have problem, send me an email.
